In the Richmond area?

Or down for a road trip? I’m appearing at a local book salon on March 30 to chat about books and sign. You can find details from the salon host Cindy here:

Thoughts from a Page Literary Salon
Hi all! I am a book podcaster and columnist who ran a literary salon in Houston, Texas for the past 8 years. I moved to the Richmond area a year and a half ago and am now hosting the literary salon in the Midlothian area. If you would like to be added to the list for future events, please fill out this form. I send the information via an Evite for each event in order to gauge the attendance so we have enough food and drinks as well as books.

Most salons will meet on Monday evenings between 5 and 7 p.m. They are very casual, come-and-go events, and I will usually be interviewing the author around 5:30 p.m. and then open it up for audience questions.
The spring schedule is as follows:

Monday, February 23rd from 5 – 7 p.m. – Chanel Cleeton (The Lost Book of Eva Fuentes). This is my favorite book of Chanel’s to date. She also has a new book coming in July, and we will talk about it as well.

Monday, March 30th from 5 -7 p.m. – Deanna Raybourn (A Ghastly Catastrophe and Kills Well With Others). I love both series and Deanna herself, so this will be a very fun event. We also have a sponsor for this event! Sara, who owns RichMahj, a fabulous mahjong business that provides lessons and group play is sponsoring this one. Thank you Sara and RichMahj!

Monday, April 13th from 5 – 7 p.m. – Jane Harper (Last One Out). Jane is one of my all-time favorite authors, and she is coming all the way from Australia. I hosted her in Houston, and she was a HUGE hit.

I will send out an Evites for each event.
