I could hardly wait today to get home from work and start reading. I just finished it, and I was NOT disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed the novella. I remember being slightly disappointed years ago that I didn’t get to “see” Julia marry Brisbane in Silent on the Moor. Thanks for giving fans the chance to read their wedding story. I loved the humor between Julia and Brisbane and the relationship Julia has with Portia. As always, you did a wonderful job and I can’t wait to read your next release.

I have mine! I have mine! Amazon delivered at 11:45 last night. Sorry…I sound smug. I can’t start it though, until I finish the other 2 books I have going. Too many good books, too little time!

I spent yesterday thinking I had something important to do (which clearly wasn’t work!) and realised late that it was release day! Devoured it and loved it.

One question – has Crab the mastiff switched genders?
